Simple Yoga is the best way to get Soul-Knowledge.

Simple Yoga has been the best way to attain self-knowledge since eternity. The meaning of the word Yoga is considered as, coincidence, association, love, joint, measure, device, tenacity and meditation, remorse, measures of salvation, use and rule, prevention of chaoticness of mind, serious emotional reflection, concentration of mind, Parmatam Contemplation, holy search of the Divine, etc.

Yoga comes to completion, when the human soul is fully attuned to the Divine and thus the salvation of the soul-divine becomes attained, salvation is attained. Moksha is the best goal of human life. There is nothing more than the salvation of life and the usefulness of life.

The most appropriate definition of yoga is to become empty-minded, but the emptiness of the mind is attained even in the sleep, then can we call sleep as a state of Yoga Samadhi? The answer is big NO. The sleeping state of the sleeping organism is immense. That which we call the emptiness of the mind, is in the awakened state, the Yogi is attained and which is called Samadhi. In Jagrit Samadhi the mind receives Divine thoughts by contacting the Supreme Consciousness, due to which the knowledge of the Yogi becomes Supernatural.

Simple Yoga is the best in remedial measures. In which without any particular obstinate full action and without any work or misery and violence, it is the ultimate benefit of salvation. God is always pleased with the person who practices the simple yoga, and He definitely gives the salvation to the Yogi.

There is no any possibility of any kind of loss in simple Yoga, but its benefits are the benefits. For example, the Yogi's life becomes sacred, becoming venerable, contacting the Gods, attaining Divine powers, protecting the True Religion, and attaining liberation. Therefore, every creature must achieve the result of salvation by following simple Truth, following the True Religion.

अनादि काल से सरल योग ही आत्म ज्ञान प्राप्ति का सर्वश्रेष्ठ मार्ग रहा है। योग शब्द का अर्थ होता है, मेल, संयोग, संगति, प्रेम, जोड़, उपाय, युक्ति, तप और ध्यान, वैराग्य, मोक्ष के उपाय, प्रयोग तथा नियम, चित्त की चंचलता को रोकना, गंभीर भाव चिंतन, मन का संकेंद्रीकरण, परमातम चिंतन, परमात्मा की पवित्र खोज इत्यादि।

योग की पूर्णता तब होती है, जब मानव आत्मा पूर्ण रूप से परमात्मा से मिल जाती है और इस प्रकार आत्मा - परमात्मा का मेल होने पर मोक्ष की प्राप्ति हो जाती है। मोक्ष ही मानव जीवन का सर्वश्रेष्ठ लक्ष्य है। मोक्ष से बढ़कर जीवन की उपयोगिता और कुछ भी नहीं है।

योग की सर्वाधिक उपयुक्त परिभाषा है, मन का शून्य हो जाना, परन्तु मन की शून्यता तो नींद में भी प्राप्त हो जाती है, तो क्या नींद को हम योग कह सकते हैं? उत्तर है - नहीं। नींद जीव की तमोगुणी अवस्था है। जिसे हम मन की शून्यता कहते हैं, वह जागृत अवस्था में योगी को प्राप्त होती है तथा जिसे समाधि कहा जाता है। जागृत समाधि में मन परम चेतना से संपर्क करके दिव्य विचारों को ग्रहण करता है, जिसके कारण योगी का ज्ञान अलौकिक हो जाता है।

सरल योग मोक्ष के उपायों में सर्वश्रेष्ठ है। जिसमें बिना ही किसी विशेष हठ पूर्ण क्रिया के तथा बिना ही किसी काया क्लेश अथवा दुःखपूर्ण और हिंसात्मक साधना के ही मोक्ष का परम लाभ होता है। सरल योग का आचरण करने वाले पर परमेश्वर सदैव प्रसन्न रहते हैं और योगी का उद्धार निश्चित रुप से कर देते हैं।

सरल योग में किसी प्रकार की हानि की संभावना नहीं होती, परंतु इसके लाभ ही लाभ होते हैं। जैसे, योगी का जीवन पवित्र हो जाना, वंदनीय हो जाना, देवताओं से संपर्क करना, दिव्य शक्तियों की प्राप्ति कर लेना, सत्य धर्म की रक्षा होना तथा मोक्ष की प्राप्ति हो जाना। इसलिए प्रत्येक जीव को सत्य धर्म का पालन करते हुए, सरल योग साधना द्वारा मोक्ष रूपी फल को अवश्य प्राप्त करना चाहिए।

Celibacy is the second name of the emancipated state of the Yogi.

A lot of things are said and heard in the world about Brahmacharya, Chastity or Celibacy. According to the customs of Hindu religion, the first fourth part of the human life, i.e. life of up to the age of twenty-five years, is dedicated to the life of celibacy. And Brahmacharya is also the name of an ashram, in which followers are called as Brahamachari. And the life of a Brahmacharya is understood as the life of a person prior to the householder life. During this time of life the Brahmachari is not allowed to have sexual intercourse with the woman or young girl.

Meaning of Celibacy is only taken as - To keep semen safe, without libido only study, scholarship, religious study, self-control, indentilation, virginity etc. But the most apposite meaning of the Brahmacharya, is Brahma meaning God or the Divine and Charya meaning the conduct or behavior or deal or "Behavior with the Divine". This Brahmacharya is the ninth foundation of the True Religion.

"Brahmachari is the same, which is always in Brahman.  His means remain in the law, Maya's injuries endure."

In other words, the identity or recognition of a Brahmachari is that, that he remains absorbed in contemplation of the Brahma. Brahma means the Omnipresent Parmatma, that means "Akhand Jyoti Nirakar", and the Yogi who keeps stuck himself to his practices, who keeps observing the respectable rules of his Yoga and continues to bear the injuries of the Maya, that Yogi is Brahamachari. The Brahmacharya is not to keep the urinating organ fastened merely due to absolute stubbornness.

Although, abstinence on the urinating organ is helpful for yoga and the person, who desires to accomplish Yoga, without restraint of the urinating organ, he only does the same as with quenching or calming his appetite with the vision of the food only. That Yogi, could not attain or receive the result or fruit of that Yoga action. He could not receive the grace of the Divine powers.

But, Brahmacharya is not only this single action. The real nature of Celibacy, the yogi can only experience in the state of absorbency in the Brahma. That state is completely internal. During that time the senses of the action and the mindsets become absorbed in mind. The mind becomes absorbed in the ego. The ego gets absorbed in the heart. The Chitta or the heart gets absorbed in the soul and the soul becomes absorbed in the Parmatama.

Here, when the soul of the Yogi attains union with the God, then the Brahmacharya becomes complete or in other words, it comes to the end. Since the aim of the action being acquired, there's no further need to labour for the same. However, the Yogi has to bind himself with the golden precepts, to keep himself enlightened and in accordance with the Divine rules. Thus to avoid himself falling from the godly state of emancipation.

The mere meaning of sense abstinence is that they become established in the mind and the only meaning of Brahmacharya is establishment in the Brahma, is Kaivalya or absolute unity or beatitude, is emancipation and is salvation. The overall restraint of the mind is Brahmacharya. Thus far, the Brahmacharya is the second name for the liberated or emancipated state of the Yogi.

Need of the world and duty of humanity.

The need of the world: -

A good world needs knowledge, kindliness, courage, self respect, independence, fairness in the vision, fearlessness, intelligence, and good hopes for future. We don’t need to be called as miserable sinners, God fearing, ugly and bad persons who are born as a result of curse or execration.

A good world needs not to hanker after the past. We do not need looking back all the times towards the past that in dead. The world has need of a philosophy or a ‘religion’ which promote life, be scientific in nature, provide happiness to all the creatures and yield emancipation to the followers.

In addition to these the new religion should have freedom from superstitions, fallacious imaginations, narrow outlook, frivolous gods, violence and bloodshed. It must have a definite aim which is much more higher and provide valuable in real human values, It must be capable of preserving men from weariness or tiredness permanently and the feeling that all is vanity or worthlessness.

If life is to be fully human, it must serve some end which is outside human life. Some end which is impersonal and above mankind, such as God, truth, omniscience, universal love or beauty etc.

Those who best promote life don’t have life for their purpose; rather they aim at what seems like a gradual incarnation, a bringing into our human existence of something eternal. Something beyond strife, failure, time and death. We must aim “to contact with eternity”. And we need a ‘religion’ which is true in sense and capable to provide a contact to the eternity.

What we must do? : -

We must therefore find, devise and develop a “True Religion” which is almost near to truth if not completely truthful. Then we must practice its Holy and divine principles faithfully and respectfully, so that we are enabled to cure the religious disease or disorder pervading throughout the world.

We have to work hard and wholeheartedly towards the acquirement of ultimate aim of the human life through the application of ‘True Religion’ and its subordinates like knowledge, love, courage, independence, self-respect, fearlessness, intelligence and divinity.

The aim of life and religion.

The Aim of human life and the True Religion.

We have a very wide range of religious systems operating in this universe. Everybody is related to some religious belief in which he offers his faith and devotion. But he scarcely knows, what is the aim and function of human life? What religion has to serve with that aim? Human life is about unstable nature and time of death is unsure. It can kill anybody, anytime and anyplace. Thus, it is our sole duty to know about ourselves, our aim, and true nature of religion, its aim and function.

In this unstable and mortal world, two things are acknowledged to be eternal, the Soul and the Supreme Soul, “The God”. Take out these two, everything exhibits an essential characteristic of instability and change, and also suffers with the phenomena of decaying. The body, in which the Soul and Supreme Soul both dwell, has an indispensable characteristic of finiteness. It always, is being used by the Soul as an instrument for the satisfaction of its desires through materialistic substances.

The human physical structure is like a covering or casing for the Soul. Within this physical body there are vital, mental, intellectual bodies and inside that there is Soul in the form of bliss. The Soul exhibits two natures of being finite, as well infinite. The finite nature is brutal and infinite nature is divine. The Human life has two objectives, according to the nature of the Soul. One is the provision of happiness through worldly and materialistic means, i.e. prosperity and the other is the actualization of the bliss through the patterns of ‘True Religion’,

The religion plays very important role in human life in this regard. It is an instrument for associating Soul with The Lord of the universe, ‘The God’. Thus making men gods. The etymological meaning of the word 'religion' is derived to be ‘reunited' and this reunion is the reunion of the Soul and the Supreme Soul.

The Earth has the need of a philosophy or ‘a religion’ which is capable of the provision of both the aims, be truthful as far as possible and be scientific in nature. It must be in confirmation with the scientific methods available to us. We must therefore find, develop and devise a ‘True Religion’ which shall satisfy our requirements and reduce the conflicts. We do not need religions based on superfluous belief, fairy tales or some lunatic.

Human Soul is bounded by the body and its desires. Along with fulfilling bodily requirements, if we adopt the ‘True Religion’ then emancipation and the attainment the bliss is possible. ‘True Religion' means a ‘factual religion’ or ‘a method of reunion with God’. The process of provisioning includes a performance of ‘True Religion’ with whole faith and devotion, realization of the Self, The God, omniscient and then bliss.

Life after emancipation is normal life, but the vision is unlike since it has always viewed the infinite. This life is devoid of conflicts, strives and grieves and is full of love, service and wisdom. This type of life is life in its genuine sense.

Application of True Religion.

Importance Of Religion In Human Life.

There are many religions present in the world today, and it seems contradictory that man has so many religions without the knowledge and importance of religion in human life, the truth regarding religion and the true nature of universal religion. It is well known and established that all the present religions of the world are just names of some sort of political organizations basically based upon faith and are thus not True Religions. A faith is what we believe in, but the truth is what actually is. Due to this difference, man had gone astray and has developed various thoughts according to personal suitability and preferences. These so called religions are not able to to uplift a Soul to Supreme Reality. Also in addition to the above mentioned facts, today's available religions had become complex and thus are not easily understood. But on the contrary it is also true that we must have a True Religion in this universe which might have been suppressed and faded away due to political, administrative, social and scientific changes occurred in the course of time.

Let's ask ourselves why do we require a Religion at all? Can't we breathe and live without a Religion? Of course we could live without a Religion just in the manner as the animals, birds and the plants are living. However the souls other than human souls have various limitations. On the other hand humans have the power of Intellect, power to analyze, power to understand and power to manipulate. Other creatures are inferior to man in this regard. Hence the humans are required to live a well structured, superior and truthful way of life. That particular way or system of living is known as Religion. The purer will be the life if this system is pure. The life will be truthful if this system is truthful. The life will be well structured if this system is well structured. Why? Because the life solely depends upon the structure of living i.e. Religion. If Religion is malformed and malfunctioning then whole society will become malformed and malfunctioning. However when this system is accurate and performing well then the life will be able to provide a fuller meaning, wisdom, peace and joy, which is supposed to be the main aim of this life. By this system one is able to know the hidden facts of the nature, the divine power working in various manners and the phenomena of various living and nonliving bodies. The Ultimate Reality could only be realized with the help of True Religion. The knowledge of the Ultimate Reality or The God is the aim of life, as said in Atharva Veda.
"I know the Greatest God or Supreme Soul, who being beyond darkness and ignorance, is in the form of Sun or the divine source of wisdom. Only after knowing him one fords the death. There's no any other path available to walk away and cross the death".
" And after knowing the Supreme Truth one should stand up and perform all his duties withholding and accomplishing his four Persuits i.e. Dharma (Religion), Artha (Wealth), Kama (Wish) and Moksha (Emancipation)".
"O man, carefully cover i.e. study and know the well nourished and matured Soul, in the form of Universe, with all of it's components by developed eminent power i.e. soul knowledge, then you, after knowing the supreme form of pleasure i.e. Supreme Soul or The God, rise (stand up) and situate (get celebrated) in all directions along with the designations of Religion, Wealth, Desire and Emancipation".
Being thus respected in all directions the Soul i.e. the creature feels a sense of joy within him and gets satisfied. His aims are thus fulfilled. The True Religion Mission also recognizes Emancipation through Soul knowledge as the highest aim of human life and the True Religion expounded by The True Religion Mission is the True System for the attainment of The God.
